Client Success Stories:
I am starting to enjoy my home meals again. As a lone parent the biggest help was to get my nanny and my sister on board with my views on feeding my son and they are, they also see the results and the changes and so they are “believers” now!
Some of the strategies that helped: Accountability, visual timer, presenting dessert with the meal, family style meals, owning division of responsibilities, never talk about how much he eats and what he eats, food play, developing a routine around meal time (wash hands and set the table).
Both my wife and I are on the same page with feeding our daughter. We feel like we have the right knowledge to continue our efforts. It’s definitely still a work in progress, but we feel like we are heading into the right direction. Family style meals are less stressful.
