My partner and I are definitely on the same page. Due to COVID we have not really had to involve the grandparents or childcare in this quite yet but feel confident to do so when the time comes.

One of the most effective strategies for me is honestly mindset – the picky eating group program really sets you up to appreciate that this food thing is a long haul situation and not a quick fix by any means. Understanding that this is ok, and “normal” has helped me come to peace to an extent and allows me to feel more confident about tackling the other concepts.

I feel more confident because I now have better tools and a better outlook overall. I feel less stressed
